1. Order Processing


We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in China). Orders placed after 17:00 Beijing Time will be processed on the next business day. We will notify you by email if there are delays due to stock shortages or verification issuesShopify.

2. Shipping Destinations


We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain high-risk or restricted destinations.

3. Shipping Methods, Time & Cost


  • Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times are for reference only and not guaranteed:
    • Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days
    • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • We may offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, as displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking


Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your order on the carrier’s website or on our store’s tracking page.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance procedures beyond our controlShopify.

6. Undelivered, Lost or Damaged Packages


  • If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service first, then email us with details.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund at our discretion.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.

7. Address Errors


You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses you provide.
