1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact us at thermostatmfg@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and return reason.

Wait for our approval and return instructions.

Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items only. Contact us to arrange a replacement for the same product.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or free replacement.
